  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoon molasses
  • ¼ - ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • sprinkles

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the almond butter and molasses until well blended.  Add in the remainder of the ingredients (except for the almond milk.)
  • Slowly add in almond milk until you get perfect bar consistency.  Add slowly, you can always add more.
  • Press bar mixture into an 8X8 glass dish lined with parchment paper.  Press sprinkles into bars and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Here are my best pro tips for making perfect bars at home!
  1. Go slow with the almond milk and add as necessary.  You may use anywhere from ¼ to ½ cup of almond milk as it depends on the moisture level of both your protein powder and the nut butter you select.
  2. Use the bottom of a measuring cup for evenly flattening out the tops of the perfect bars.

How to Store Perfect Bars

Perfect bars are best stored in the fridge in an airtight container.  Freezing perfect bars is also a great option if you want to have them later or freeze one and throw it in your lunch bag so it's an edible temperature in time for lunch.
