- Salmon: Any kind of salmon will work, however wild caught Alaskan is my favorite with great flavor.

- Season fish with salt and pepper and rub in olive oil.
- Rub in seasoning and squeeze some lemon juice onto each fillet.
- Place fillets in basket and bake at 400F for 7 minutes or until fish flakes. No need for flipping!

- Oven Directions: After prepared place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place baking sheet in a cold oven. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
- Grilling Directions: Heat grill to medium heat and place salmon skin side down on the grill for 6-8 minutes before flipping and cooking for an additional 6-8 minutes.
- Storage: Store cooked leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
- Reheating: Reheat leftovers by air frying at 400F for 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Make sure skin is well oiled to avoid sticking to the basket. You can also use parchment paper or foil.
- Try to use similarly sized fillets so Old Bay salmon cooks evenly.
- For a more bold flavor create a marinade with seasoning mix and a bit of olive oil. Allow fish to marinate for 4 hours prior to air frying or baking.

Ingredients
- 4 - 4 oz. fillets Wild caught Alaskan salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning more or less to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- ½ medium lemon juiced, use the juice
Instructions
