Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Servings 1


  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup greek or dairy free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 TB walnuts
  • pumpkin spice


  1. Layer ingredients as listed above.  Refrigerate overnight.  Eat cold or heat up in the microwave (preferred method!)
