Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Pumpkin spice overnight oats have the same spice as pumpkin pie and taste like dessert for breakfast!  Healthy overnight oats with pumpkin will make fall breakfast a treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 1 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/3 cup dairy free yogurt
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 4 TB walnuts + almonds chopped
  • 4 scoops multi-collagen protein, vanilla
  • pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients as listed above and mix well to incorporate.  Refrigerate overnight.  Eat cold or heat up in the microwave (preferred method!)
