Filling Ingredients

  • 3 cups blackberries
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup arrowroot

Crust Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup arrowroot
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray four ramekins with coconut oil spray and place on a baking sheet.

Filling Instructions

  1. Wash + cut blackberries into smaller pieces. Combine Filling ingredients in a small bowl and evenly distribute between the four ramekins. Use a slotted spoon to avoid adding too much liquid.

Crust Instructions

  1. Combine crust ingredients in a separate bowl. Use a small spoon to top the fruit filling.

  2. Sprinkle with additional monk fruit sweetener if desired.

  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Serve with coconut whipped cream.
