- Boneless Chicken Thighs: this recipe calls for boneless, but you could also use bone in if that is what you have. You will want to adjust cooking time accordingly and make sure the meat cooks to 165F and pulls apart from the bone easily.
- Coconut Aminos: may be substituted for soy sauce if you aren't making the paleo version.
- Ketchup: I used Primal Kitchen ketchup as it is paleo, however you can use Heinz or whatever ketchup you like if you aren't making the honey garlic chicken thighs paleo.
How to Make This Recipe

Stir together the honey garlic sauce marinade ingredients and set aside.
After you make the marinade, add chicken thighs to the crockpot and slow cook for 2-3 hours on high, or 4-6 on low.

Paleo Crock Pot Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- salt + pepper to taste
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ cup Primal Kitchen ketchup
- ⅓ cup coconut aminos
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Instructions
- Mix together sauce ingredients until smooth. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place chicken thighs into slow cooker. Pour sauce over the chicken.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken and mix in cooked broccoli. Serve over cauliflower rice.
