Simple Overnight Oats are the perfect easy morning breakfast!
One of my favorite easy breakfast recipes is simple overnight oats! These overnight oats are an easy breakfast recipe that you can throw together at night or on the weekend and have a super delicious breakfast in the morning!
Simple overnight oats are designed to make your morning, well, simple! You can eat them cold or warm, totally up to you!
This week is pumpkin week! The temperatures are finally starting to drop (a bit!) which means it’s completely OK to start eating #allthingspumpkin right? The recipe I’ll be sharing with you here is pumpkin spice overnight oats. I usually prefer to heat up my pumpkin spice overnight oats and it tastes just like pumpkin pie!

How to Make Overnight Oats
Making simple overnight oats take just a few steps. You can easily make overnight oats each night or even meal prep them each weekend!
Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats Recipe
Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup greek or dairy free yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 TB walnuts
- pumpkin spice
Layer ingredients as listed above. Refrigerate overnight. Eat cold or heat up in the microwave (preferred method!)
What you’ll need to make simple overnight oats:
Oats (I like gluten free oats from Bob’s Red Mill)
Almond Milk (my favorite is Califia)
Yogurt (my favorite non-dairy yogurt is from So Delicious)
Fruit (any fruit will do! I generally do berries or bananas)
Grab a set of wide-mouthed mason jars and layer the ingredients as listed above. Let the oats sit overnight and they will be ready in the morning. They are delicious served hot or cold.
