Easter is one of my favorite times of the year! I love being able to celebrate Jesus with family with a delicious easy brunch.
We love to make Easter dinner at home. Usually that means creating something healthy!
During the spring and summer, I love to cook with light and fresh ingredients.

Keto Deviled Eggs with Avocado
Keto deviled eggs with avocado are a delicious snack! These low carb deviled eggs are an easy-to-make clean keto recipe with simple, whole food ingredients.
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 medium avocado approx 1/2 cup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar with the mother
- salt + pepper to taste
- paprika for topping
Peel and slice cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Separate yolks from white into two separate plates.
Mash egg yolks and egg yolks. Add in Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and salt + pepper.
Use a small cookie scoop to place a tiny dollop of egg/avocado mixture on top of each egg white. Top with a sprinkling of paprika.
Keto deviled eggs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
