If you should know anything about me, it’s that I’m brussel sprouts obsessed. People know this and will tag me in brussel sprouts posts, send me recipes, post recipes to my wall, etc. It’s really quite hilarious to be known for your love of a veggie.
I didn’t always love brussel sprouts though. In fact they kind of scared me. They were stinky and mushy. Nobody wants to eat stinky and mushy veggies.
I have no idea when I decided to give brussel sprouts another try, but I’m pretty sure bacon was involved. In fact, one of my favorite recipes to bring to Thanksgiving is a super easy brussel sprouts and bacon recipe.

Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts Recipe
Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts
- 1 pound brussel sprouts cleaned and halved
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 TB olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Add to air fryer and cook for 7 minutes at 350. Turn brussels and cook for an additional 7 minutes. Turn heat up to 375 and cook for additional minutes until desired doneness.
