Since I first published this post in 2018 many new keto products have come on the market. Aldi is leading the way with lots of low carb and keto friendly food products.
Even though I do not personally follow the keto diet, I do enjoy many of the keto products at Aldi when I’m looking for a low carb snack or meal.
