I recommend cooking for 1 hour at 350 then add the cheese and put back in the oven until melted and chicken was not cooked all the way through and I cut mine into strips. Other then that tastes great.
How thick were the chicken breasts? Cooking time will vary based on how thick they are. Cooking thinner breasts that long will definitely dry them out.
