    Tips & FAQs

    How to Cook Chicken Evenly

When trimming the fat from the chicken breast either butterfly the chicken or pound it to an even depth.

I generally prefer to butterfly my chicken to about ¼ inch. This ensure that the chicken cooks evenly.

How to Make the Best Crispy Coating for Chicken Parmesan

The best crispy coating comes from the choice of breadcrumbs. I personally like to make my bread crumbs and find that is what gives the best flavor and texture.

Using gluten free panko breadcrumbs will also give a great crunch and texture.

One of the most important things to remember is to dry your chicken breast before seasoning it. This will ensure that you keep the breading on the chicken.

What to serve with Chicken Parmesan

I like to eat chicken parm with spaghetti noodles. For this recipe I used Jovial Gluten Free spaghetti. Air Fryer Broccoli and Blistered Green Beans with Garlic are two of my favorite veggies sides to eat with this meal.

Do you use Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese?

This recipe uses parmesan cheese but you can swap out for mozzarella or use a combination of the two.
