Air fryer brie is one of my favorite appetizers to make during the holidays. This recipe literally could not be any easier!
Also known as brie en croute, although this recipe sounds fancy, it's actually quite simple. You can serve with crackers, with toast or eat on their own as wedges - kind of tastes like a grilled cheese!

- Puff pastry: this can be found in the frozen foods section. You will need to defrost it prior to making this air fryer brie. Crescent rolls are another option for the crust.
- Dates: Look for pitted dates. I've found that the softer ones work well for this recipe. Fig jam is another great option for a topping.

- Unwrap outer packaging from brie wheel and place onto defrosted puff pastry sheet.
- Carefully wrap pastry around brie. If you choose you can cut off excess dough on the bottom.
- Place brie into basket and brush with egg wash.
- Fry at 350F for 10 minutes, flip and fry for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the pastry is browned on both sides.
