- Bacon: I recommend thinly sliced bacon for these goat cheese stuffed dates so that they cook quicker and more evenly. You could also use prosciutto if you prefer.
- Dates: I recommend Medjool dates for this recipe.

- Use a small knife to cut a slit in the dates. Remove the pit and discard.
- Spread cheese in the inside of the date.
- Cut a piece of bacon in half and wrap it around the date. You can use a toothpick to secure but it is not necessary.
- Air fry at 360F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
