I love the air fryer no matter what time of the year it is! Air Fryer side dishes are great accompaniments for summer dishes like grilled steaks or chicken as well as a convenient way to eat veggies during the busy nights and weekends that happen during the fall!
So I wanted to jazz up a few somewhat, kinda can be boring veggies with a little kick!
It’s no secret that I love my air fryer and making cauliflower and brussel sprouts are two of my absolute favorite things to make in the air fryer!
However, I’ve only recently became a fan of spicier dishes! Growing up, spice was not my friend!
The first time I heard of Sriracha was when my dad bought some. I was not about to try it. But I did like that the bottle had a rooster on it!
Fast forward to today and flavor is my friend!
How Do You Make Bang Bang Cauliflower?
Making bang bang cauliflower is super easy! Baking it is a great option, but today I’m going to focus on my old friend, the air fryer!
To get started, grab yourself some cauliflower! You can purchase pre cut cauliflower or buy a head, whatever is easiest for you.
Next, line up your bang bang sauce ingredients. To make bang bang sauce, you’ll need:
While your cauliflower is cooking in the air fryer, mix together the bang bang sauce and set it aside.
After the cauliflower is done cooking, mix it with some sauce. I would start with 3 tbsp and then add as desired!
You will want to eat the cauliflower as soon as possible for maximum crisp and heat!
