Low Carb Side Dishes {Brussel Sprouts with Bacon Recipe}

I used to be that person who hated, I mean HATED, Brussel Sprouts.  Then I realized if you roast them with bacon they’re pretty much magical.  Trust me on this one!

Note:  If you want to let your hair down on this one for Thanksgiving – add a little raw maple syrup to this before you roast it.  It’s divine, I promise.  And Paleo-friendly, so you’re not totally throwing the healthy eating out!

One piece of advice – sometimes you just need to let your hair down.  Yes, you might be on the keto diet or trying to eat low carb, but it’s Thanksgiving!  I won’t be missing out on the pumpkin pie!

If you do decide to ditch the pumpkin pie for a keto friendly dessert – try these Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Fat Bombs!
