Trader Joes Whole 30 - Best Trader Joes Products
Soon the new year will be here! One of the things I love to focus on in the new year is ridding my body of all of the junk I consumed over the holiday season.
This year I've tried really hard to eat more whole foods and more veggies during the holidays! Nevertheless, I still had my fair share of treats!
What Can You Eat on Whole30?
I can't tell you how many times I googled this question while on Whole30. The truth is, it can be confusing! Some things are approved and some aren't.
If you're a Whole30 die-hard, choosing only organic produce and truly non-processed foods will matter. I'm of the mindset that if it's a whole food and already in convenience form (i.e. zoodles) that is good enough for me.
I know this isn't super popular among the Whole30 aficionados but I'd rather focus on creating long-term, doable habits rather than follow a set of rules. To each his own!
I do believe the Whole30 community has come to appreciate the many Whole 30 convenience foods that have become available. That is one of the reasons I love Trader Joes Whole 30 products so much! They make Whole30 living much more doable.
You may be wondering, is the Whole30 expensive to do? It's true, processed foods often cost less money than whole foods. That being said, there are a few places you can shop that can help you to do Whole30 on a budget.

Why Checking Labels Matters
Reading labels is extremely important when you are shopping for Whole30 approved food. So many convenience foods and prepackaged items have sugar in them.
According to the Whole30 guidelines, it's no sugar among many other things. I've found that sneaky sugars are by far the hardest thing to maintain a handle on!
So be careful when you are reading guides from previous years. Some products may have been updated and ingredients may have been changed.
When I was researching for this article some things I thought I could include ended up having sugar in them once I checked.
