Eggs, breadcrumbs, or parmesan cheese are the best binders to use when making turkey burgers. This recipe is made without eggs but eggs do help to keep turkey burgers together.
To make turkey burgers stick together better be sure to use a binder like breadcrumbs or parmesan cheese. Freezing the patties for 10 minutes before cooking will also prevent the turkey patties from falling apart.
Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, aioli, BBQ sauce, and other traditional condiments all taste great on turkey burger sliders.
