Wash all produce and chop into small, diced-sized pieces.

Add produce and lime juice to a large dish or bowl and stir gently to incorporate. Serve immediately or once chilled.

If using frozen mango, allow it to defrost before making it.Chop ingredients fine, without over-chopping. Pico de gallo should have chunks.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
