Ingredients

quick oats

pitted dates

water
Instructions
Soak oats in enough water to cover them. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Drain oats using a mesh colander. Combine oats with water and dates and let sit for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Drain through a
cheesecloth
to remove solids and store in fridge for up to a week.
