Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. If using standard chicken breast, butterfly or cut the chicken in half from the thickest section to the thinnest section. Alternatively, use a meat mallet to pound the chicken to ¼ inch thickness.

Evenly season each side of chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
