Instructions

  • Add Kodiak cakes, protein powder (if using), stevia drops (if using), and water to a mug and stir until well incorporated. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the top springs back slightly.
    ½ cup Kodiak Cakes pancake mix, ½ cup water, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 3 drops stevia drops
  • Top with desired toppings and allow to cool for 5 minutes before eating.
    1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Notes

  • If using protein powder you may need to increase the liquid, depending on the type of protein used.  
  • Nutrition notes:  Nutrition information only includes water and Kodiak Cakes mix.  Toppings and protein are not included.
  • Make it gluten-free: Be sure to purchase the Kodiak Frontier Oat Gluten-free Flapjack and Waffle Mix.
  • Allow it to cool slightly before eating: The mug pancake will come out of the microwave very hot. Allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before eating.
