Simple & Healthy Lasagna Recipe

Skillet Lasagna in one pot is a delicious and easy dinner you can make in just 20 minutes!

Kids love this recipe for dinner. It's easier than traditional lasagna, but tastes the same!

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Chop onion and saute for about 5 minutes or until translucent. Add in turkey sausage and cook until no longer pink.


Stir in sauce and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. While sauce is simmering combine cheeses and Italian seasoning in a small bowl and set aside. Stir garlic into the sauce.


Scoop cheese mixture spoon across the skillet. Break up lasagna sheets and place evenly across the skillet. Cover skillet. Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
