Healthy Zucchini Bread with Applesauce

Try this moist, fluffy, and healthy zucchini bread with applesauce, fresh zucchini, and no refined sugar!

This zucchini bread with applesauce is a delicious way to start your day with breakfast or for an afternoon snack.


Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl. In a separate large bowl, whisk the eggs. Then, add the remaining wet ingredients.

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.


Add in zucchini and any other add-ins. Mix until just incorporated. Add up to three tablespoons of almond milk if the batter is too thick.



Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan up to ⅔ full. Bake at 325F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
