15-Minute Easy Weeknight Stir Fry

This healthy ground chicken stir fry is a super easy weeknight meal you can make in just 15 minutes!

With only 5 ingredients, this dinner is quick and simple to make in a skillet on the stove and full of flavor!

Ingredients

frozen veggies frozen rice Asian seasoning Teriyaki or soy sauce ground chicken

Simple Ingredients!

 Only 5 pantry or freezer ingredients.

Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add chicken and season with Asian seasoning. Cook until no longer pink and then remove to a covered dish.

Add frozen veggies and rice to the skillet and stir. Cover and simmer on medium for 10 minutes or until veggies are heated.

Return meat to skillet and stir. Stir in teriyaki sauce and heat until meat is heated through.
