Trim chicken breast of excess fat. Be sure to butterfly chicken breasts or pound to no thicker than ¼ inch.
Measure out breadcrumbs and Kodiak cake mix into two separate bowls. Season breadcrumbs and Kodiak cake mix evenly with spices.
