Air Fryer Broccoli

Air Fryer Broccoli is an easy to make healthy side dish.  This is the best crispy broccoli recipe done in under 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli small to medium sized and cut into florets.
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil coconut oil or ghee
  • 1 teaspoon favorite seasoning garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning etc (I recommend Everything but the Bagel Seasoning from Trader Joe's)
  • salt and pepper to taste go light if you use a salted seasoning

Instructions

  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray. Clean and prepare broccoli by cutting into florets.
  • In a medium bowl drizzle oil or melted ghee over broccoli. Season with your favorite seasoning and stir to coat.
  • Air Fry at 360F for 7 minutes. Shake air fryer basket after 7 minutes and continue to cook for 5-7 more minutes or until desired crispiness.

Notes

For a less "burnt broccoli" shake air fryer basket every five minutes during cooking.
Adding of parmesan or other cheese for air fryer broccoli with parmesan will alter nutrition facts.
