Starbucks Pumpkin Muffins Recipe

This delicious Starbucks copycat recipe is easy to make at home with less sugar and fewer ingredients!

Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.

In a separate large bowl, whisk the eggs. Then, add the remaining wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.


Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.



Combine the cream cheese mixture ingredients in a small bowl.


Spoon the cream cheese filling into a Ziploc bag. Use kitchen shears to snip off the end of a corner of the bag.


Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin. Insert the Ziploc bag into the center and squeeze the cream cheese filling until it rises to the top.


Sprinkle chopped pumpkin seeds around the edges of the muffins. Bake at 425F for 5 minutes then at 350F for 5-10 minutes.
