Preheat the oven to 425 F. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.

Place the pre-made pie crust into the prepared pie dish. If using homemade pie crust, blind bake for 15 minutes.


Combine pumpkin pie filling ingredients in a large bowl.


Pour eggless pumpkin pie filling into the crust and bake at 425 F for 15 minutes and then reduce the heat to 350 F. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes.
