Pumpkin Bread for Thanksgiving

This gluten-free dairy-free pumpkin bread is a delicious way addition to your Thanksgiving brunch!


Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Mix the softened coconut oil and sugars.  Stir in the remaining wet ingredients.


Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.  Add in chocolate chips and any other add-ins. Mix until just incorporated.



Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan up to ⅔ full. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
