Add the sweet potato slices to a large bowl. Drizzle melted coconut oil over the top.


Sprinkle the seasonings (cinnamon, salt, and black pepper) over the top of the slices.

Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350 F for 12 minutes, then at 400 F for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
