Quick and easy to air fry at 400F for just 8 minutes and you'll have delicious crispy asparagus bundles.

Place cleaned asparagus on a sheet pan or in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with pepper.

Separate spears into 6 groups of 5.

Wrap a piece of bacon or prosciutto in a spiral curl around each bundle.

Place bundles in the basket and air fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
