Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl. In a separate large bowl, whisk the eggs. Then, add the remaining wet ingredients.

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.


Mix until just incorporated.



Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin. Bake at 425F for 5 minutes then at 350F for 5-10 minutes.
