Spray the outsides with avocado oil spray. Place the tenders in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 360F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway. (5-6 minutes per side.)

Air fry at 360F for 6 minutes before flipping and cooking for an additional 6 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer for cooking tenders to 165F.
