Hawaiian Pineapple Pulled Pork

Pineapple pulled pork is one of the best easy and healthy summer crock pot recipes you can make!

Just because it's almost summertime doesn't mean you have to store away your slow cooker until fall!

Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray and set the seasoned pork into the slow cooker.

Mix together the soy sauce, chicken broth, pineapple juice, ketchup, coconut sugar, minced garlic, and ground ginger.  Pour it over the pork.

Slow cook for 8 hours on low. Move the pork to a large bowl and pull the meat using two forks. Take half of the remaining sauce and place it into a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add bbq sauce plus chopped pineapple to the bowl. Toss to combine and serve.
