This gluten-free dairy-free banana bread is a delicious way to start your day with breakfast or for an afternoon snack.


Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl. In a separate large bowl, whisk the eggs. Then, add the remaining wet ingredients.

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.


Add in chocolate chips and any other add-ins. Mix until just incorporated.



Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan up to ⅔ full. Bake at 325F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
