Keto buffalo chicken dip is a simple keto tailgate food. With just 4 ingredients like Neufchatel cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce and chicken, this healthy buffalo chicken dip is the is perfect keto appetizer recipe for a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce block Neufchatel or cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • cup buffalo wing sauce more if you like it spicy
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • snipped chives to top optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce until well incorporated.
  • Transfer mixture to an 8X8 Pyrex, pie plate or casserole dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling.  Broil for one minute (watch carefully!) to brown and crisp the top.
  • Serve with low carb veggies like celery or tortilla chips.

Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip in the Crockpot

To make buffalo chicken dip in the slow cooker add all ingredients to the slow cooker pot.  Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until bubbly.

Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

If you are looking to lighten up the recipe and make it a skinny buffalo chicken dip – here is what to do!  Making a few simple ingredients swaps will lighten up the recipe.
Ingredient Swap #1:  Use Neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese.
