Healthy grilled pizza is made with homemade flatbread pizza dough and topped with cheese and veggies! This flatbread pizza crust is easy to make at home.
Prepare your pizza dough according to your pizza dough recipe (see blog post for my recommendations) or remove prepared pizza dough from packaging.
Place pizza dough on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Spray both sides of the pizza dough with coconut oil or brush olive oil on each side.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place pizza crusts directly on the grill for about 7 minutes or until crust has nice grill marks. Carefully remove pizza from the grill to add toppings.
Add sauce, toppings and cheese to the side with the grill marks. Carefully brush grill with additional olive oil if necessary and place topped pizzas back on the grill for another 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bottom crust has nice grill marks.
Let pizza sit for a few moments before carefully cutting into pieces.
