  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup almonds chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2-3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar if desired


  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl and spread onto a cooking sheet sprayed with coconut oil spray. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, flipping halfway. Let cool and harden and then break into pieces.

To make this homemade granola gluten and dairy free, I use gluten free oats and flour as well as almond milk and coconut oil.
