Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups oat flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 eggs sub a 2 flax eggs for vegan
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil coconut oil for vegan
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, blueberries, strawberries or any other fixins you want to add!

Instructions

  1. Get your griddle nice and hot! Medium heat works well to cook these, but there won’t brown if the griddle isn’t hot enough!

  2. Spoon about 1/4 cup cup batter onto heated griddle sprayed with coconut oil spray.

  3. Let pancake cook until you see lots of bubbles. Flip and cook for one more minute.
