Get your griddle nice and hot! Medium heat works well to cook these, but there won’t brown if the griddle isn’t hot enough!
Spoon about 1/4 cup cup batter onto heated griddle sprayed with coconut oil spray.
Let pancake cook until you see lots of bubbles. Flip and cook for one more minute.
