Ingredients

CHOCOLATE LAYER

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp stevia powder

RASPBERRY LAYER

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp stevia powder

ALMOND BUTTER LAYER

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp stevia powder

Instructions

CHOCOLATE LAYER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients from Chocolate layer. Stir until smooth.

  2. Pour into mini muffin cups halfway. Freeze for 10 minutes.

RASPBERRY LAYER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine raspberries and stevia in a small saucepan over low heat. Mash raspberries with a fork.

  2. Once raspberries are mashed, allow mixture to cool completely.

  3. Evenly spoon raspberries onto chocolate layer. Freeze for 5 minutes.

ALMOND BUTTER LAYER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients from almond butter layer. Stir until smooth.

  2. Fill mini muffin cups the rest of the way. Freeze until firm.
