This gluten free apple crisp is an easy and healthy dessert recipe that can also be a healthy breakfast idea.
Preheat oven to 350.
While oven is preheating, wash, peel & slice apples. Stir apples in a bowl with water and spices. Add mixture to an oven-safe dish, such as an 8X8 Pyrex dish.
Melt coconut oil & raw honey and combine with granola. Top apples with granola mixture.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until apples are soft. Spoon liquid from bottom of the dish to coat apples.
Reduce heat during the last 10 minutes of baking if granola starts to brown.
