Paleo Chocolate Almond Butter Swirl Brownies

Servings 16 brownies


Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Other Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond butter melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease an 8X8 baking dish with coconut oil spray.

  2. Sift together dry ingredients and set aside.

  3. Mix softened coconut oil and coconut sugar until well incorporated.  Add in eggs one at a time and mix until well incorporated.  Add in vanilla.

  4. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just incorporated.  Pour into prepared baking dish.  The mixture will be thick, a spatula will spread it easily.

  5. Drizzle melted almond butter over top of brownies.  Using a toothpick create swirls by making up and down motions.

  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until center comes out clean with a toothpick.  Add additional melted almond butter over top if desired.
