Paleo Turkey & Veggie Skillet

  • 1 pound Great American Turkey Company turkey sausage
  • 3 bell peppers chopped
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 summer squash sliced
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 TB olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Heat garlic in skillet in 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.  Remove sausage from casing and add to skillet.

  2. Cook sausage until cooked through.  Set aside.

  3. Heat up 1 1/2 tsp olive oil in pan over medium heat.  Cook peppers until soft.  Set aside.  Add in remaining olive oil and heat over medium heat.  Cook zucchini & squash until soft.

  4. Return all ingredients to pan and heat through.  Season with salt & pepper to taste.
