Keto Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 1/3 cup Happy Farms Preferred Mediterranean Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp Stonemill Minced Garlic
  • 1 TB olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Clean broccoli and cut into florets.  

  3. Add broccoli to a bowl and drizzle broccoli with olive oil.

  4. Add garlic and cheese and mix until well coated.

  5. Roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.  Flip broccoli and roast for an additional 10 minutes.  Serve immediately.
