Keto Friendly Low Carb BBQ Chicken Dip

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken
  • 1 8 oz block neufchatel cheese softened
  • ½ cup 2% Greek Yogurt plain
  • 1 cup keto-approved BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt


Crockpot Instructions

  • Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.  Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and add to crockpot.
  • Cook on low for two hours, stirring halfway through.

Oven Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray an 8X8 glass dish or casserole dish with cooking spray.  Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and add to prepared dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and lightly browned on top.


For Keto-friendly serving, use celery or bell peppers for serving.
