Air Fried Asparagus

In less than 10 minutes you can have the most delicious and easy asparagus recipe around! Air fried and roasted to perfection and seasoned with simple spices, this savory air fried asparagus has only 3 ingredients and is oh so easy!

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning


  • Wash one bunch of asparagus and pat dry.  Trim the ends (the woody part) with a knife or snap off using your hands and add to a large bowl. Add in olive oil and seasonings and toss to coat.
  • Add to basket in a single layer and roast at 400F for 7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.  Serve immediately for ideal crispiness.


  • Select spears of equal thickness and size to ensure proper and consistent cooking. Thinner spears make take as little as 6 minutes while thicker spears may take up to 10 minutes.
  • Shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure consistent crispiness throughout.
  • Reheat asparagus in the air fryer by cooking at 390F for 3 minutes. Test for crispness and add additional minute if necessary.
  • Storage tip: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
