Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets 4 ounces each
  • 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt + pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spray basket with coconut oil spray.
  • Season fillets with salt and pepper. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon olive oil and rub into fillet.
  • Place fillets skin side down and air fry for 7 minutes at 390F.  Cooking time will vary depending on size of the fillet.

Notes

  • Cooking time will vary based on size of your fillet.
  • If you've had issues with it sticking, try cooking skin side up the entire time.
  • If you cook the salmon with skin frozen you may need to add additional salt and pepper once cooked. Season to taste. You will also want to adjust cook times if cooking from frozen.
  • Do not rinse salmon prior to cooking, however you will want to pat it dry to ensure that the olive oil and seasonings adhere.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
  • Freezer: You can safely re-freeze cooked salmon, however for best texture and taste, re-freezing cooked salmon is not recommended.
  • Reheating: Reheat cooked salmon by air frying for 3 minutes at 390F or until heated through.
