Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs
Slow Cooker Swedish meatballs made at home in the crock pot are better than Ikea! Whole30 and keto-friendly, these Swedish meatballs will be a family favorite!
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 cup beef bone broth
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 3 tablespoon all purpose flour swap for ¾ tablespoon coconut flour if Keto or Whole30
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- salt + pepper to taste
Spray the bottom and sides of the crock pot with coconut oil spray.
Combine ground beef, almond flour, se salt and garlic in a large bowl. Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop out about 16 medium sized meatballs.
Place meatballs into the crock pot and make sauce.
Combine sauce ingredients into a glass measuring cup and whisk until well incorporated. Pour over the meatballs. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
Once meatballs are cooked, prepare egg noodles or zoodles for serving.
