Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Keto Fat Bomb Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil softened
  • 1/8 cup Swerve more if you want them to be sweeter
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.

    Scoop by small cookie scooper.  Freeze until solid.  Let defrost for a few minutes before eating.
