  • 1 large salad bowl
  • 1 salad tongs

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts
  • 8 ounces goat cheese crumbles
  • 16 oz cooked chicken optional
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • balsamic glaze to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toast walnuts in a skillet on the stove over medium-low heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring quite frequently to avoid burning.

  • Add salad ingredients to a large salad bowl.
    4 cups fresh spinach, 2 cups fresh strawberries, 8 ounces goat cheese crumbles, 16 oz cooked chicken
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Use salad tongs to gently toss the salad.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
